Part 7 of the head mashing music mix is here.

We have some sexuality questioning teenbeat. Some smouldering hip hop from El-p. An early track from Joy Division from when they were known as Warsaw and a field recording of some Tawney owls.

One of the reasons I think someone complained about part 6 of the mix was because it had a track from the new Stooges album. I can't be sure though. So to piss other people off I'm ending this mix with a track from the new Wilco album. People need to relax. You can't even download single tracks off my mixes.. anyway hope you enjoy this one..

Yes it's that time again.

I wish I could post more often but trying to pull off more than one of these things a week is too much.. so as I said before any other mixes are welcome to be posted on here.. just let me know.

This mix.. well.. drone, Throat singing, balls to wall rock and roll, Prog, Folk and Ass shaking grooves all in one neat little package.

Syd Barrett's last song with Pink Floyd makes an appearance, as does a Neil Young song which has some rare guitar playing from original crazy horse member Danny Whitten.

Oh and a brief warning. I know sometimes these mixes can explode into extreme noise without much warning but be careful coming up to the 'Sissy Spacek' track.. especially if you are wearing headphones or are in the presence of young children..

Ok here is another mix of sounds that really have no right to be played next to each other.. We have some Dubstep in the mix this time to liven things up.. maybe you will feel like dancing ? Elsewhere we have Shirley Collins singing whilst Hermann Nitsch booms in the background and an emotionally devastating 6 minutes of Albert Ayler playing at his good friend John Coltrane's funeral to send you all off to bed thoroughly depressed...

p.s Please forgive the 'computer' noise that crops up twice.. As you know this is mixed live and recorded so if the laptop decides to make an unscheduled noise then I can't really stop and start again.. although I did feel like it..
